The blender is controlled by a touch screen and supports multi-speed operation. The surface is treated with hard chrome plating, providing resistance to oxidation and rust. It is equipped with a guide plate for easy feeding and rolling of sheet materials. It supports forward or reverse rotation, allowing for convenient material retraction when issues are encountered during operation.
The machine is driven by an electric motor and features gear transmission to achieve roller pressing. The gap between the pressure plates can be adjusted by rotating the adjustment handwheel in both clockwise and counterclockwise directions.
Place the pre-cut aluminum-plastic film into the mold for positioning, press the start button, and the power source drives the mold to automatically punch and shape the aluminum-plastic film. Removing the aluminum-plastic film completes the easy operation.
The mold is made of imported materials, making it easy to replace and customizable according to customer requirements. The punching depth is adjustable. Compared to similar products, the aluminum-plastic film stretched by this machine achieves a deeper and more stable stretch with the same quality, with a maximum punching depth of up to 6mm.
