Solution 1: Check if the network cable and port are well connected.
Solution 2: Restart the host computer, change the boot sequence (start the lower computer before the host computer), and then remap.
Remapping correction plan: If the mapping is incorrect while the channel is in the running state and cannot be reset, first pause the channel, save the data, then right-click and select "Clear Flag," enter "Mapping Settings," right-click and select "Undo Current Channel," then remap the channel and save the mapping.
Solution 3: Modify the equipment box number through calibration software/box number modification software (please contact after-sales support to resolve the issue).
