Filter
Deviation condition
When the absolute value of the ΔV between the main channel and the auxiliary channel exceeds the set value, the voltage callback check deviation will not be judged.
Protect
During the test, if the battery parameters meet the protection conditions of the test process, the battery test will be stopped automatically.
Unit ID
Logical ID of the device.
SIM
The properties test of battery under the simulation of electric vehicles in different states.
Lowest discharge voltage
The lowest allowable lower limit of the test instrument when the battery is discharged.
Voltage accuracy
The relative error between the actual output voltage and the theoretical output voltage.
Constant voltage cut-off current
The current at which the battery terminates the test while the voltage remains constant.
Charging and discharge conversion time
The time required to transition from a charging step to a discharge step.
Galvanostatic charge/discharge
The battery is charged/discharged at a constant current.
Constant-voltage charge/discharge
The battery is charged/discharged at a constant voltage.
Constant current and voltage charge/discharge
Charge/discharge at a constant current to a set voltage, and then charge/discharge at a constant voltage.
Constant-power charge/discharge
The battery is charged/discharged at constant power.
Pulse charge and discharge
The battery is charged and discharged at intermittent current/power.
Constant-resistance charge/discharge
The battery is charged/discharged at a constant resistance.
Minimum Pulse Width
The minimum pulse width of a battery charging or discharging device refers to the shortest time interval between current or voltage changes applied to the battery terminal during the process of battery charging or discharging.
DC internal resistance test
DCIR test is the DC internal resistance test, which refers to the ratio of the battery voltage change to the corresponding discharge current change under working conditions.
Cyclic test
The battery is tested repeatedly under certain conditions.
Software and hardware protection
Charge and discharge equipment in various test conditions to protect the safety of the equipment equipped with various functional modules.
Power-down data protection
When the power supply is abnormal, the system stores data in a timely manner to prevent data loss.
Voltage limit protection
When the voltage exceeds the maximum and minimum values, the device starts the protection state.
Current limit protection
When the current exceeds the maximum and minimum values, the device starts the protected state.
Capacity minimum limit protection
If the current working power is greater than or equal to the set value, the channel is protected.
Voltage callback difference
When the absolute value of the ΔV between the main channel and the auxiliary channel exceeds the set value, the channel will be protected.
Anti-reverse connection protection
In order to prevent the reverse connection of positive and negative electrodes, the interface structure is designed on the hardware.
