Backup failure could be due to various reasons. It's recommended to perform the following solutions.
Solution 1: Too many tasks. Consider setting up scheduled backups.
Solution 2: Delete unnecessary backup tasks.
Solution 3: Modify the backup path.
Solution 4: Avoid data duplication backup in BTS 8.0.
Open the BTS 8.0 software, click the cloud icon in the bottom-right corner, then right-click on a blank area and select the data to be deleted, then click "Delete." This will remove the corresponding backup task. Right-click and click "Add" to modify the backup time and change the backup path on that page. Check the option "If there is a duplicate name, automatically add backup time" to avoid duplicate backups.
