The percentage of qualified cells that have successfully passed all tests from the first process to the last process in the cell production process, in relation to the total number of input cells.
Cell Pass Rate = Production Line Yield × Test Pass Rate
Note: Products that have undergone rework or repair on the production line to pass the tests will not be included in the calculation of the pass rate.
