Cylindrical tab forming and winding integrated machine

A specialized machine for the production of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cores. It processes the rolled sheet-like positive and negative electrode materials by performing automatic welding of the electrode tabs or laser cutting of the tabs. It also handles the rolled separator and other materials. The machine automatically feeds, winds, cuts, applies adhesive tape, and performs online inspections to complete the production of cylindrical lithium-ion battery cores.
